Approx. 90% of heat is lost during operation. In times of steadily rising electricity and energy costs this heat can be used sensibly. The HRS heat recovery module allows you to save money in your company. The water is additionally heated by means of an integrated plate heat exchanger.

Facts and arguments:
The amount of recovery depends on the size of the compressors and the type of energy exchanged (electricity, gas, heating oil), but an investment of this kind is interesting for compressors with an output of 11 kW. In view of current energy costs, the depreciation period for heat recovery systems is between 6 months and 2 years (for a plate heat exchanger for heating plants).
Heat recovery is a real possibility to increase the efficiency of a compressed air system. The impact on energy costs allows for three-fold higher savings compared to a variable-speed compressor and 20-fold higher savings compared to an IE3 or permanent-magnet motor.
